Orange Pain brioché
Sorry but I had to, I mean the feeling of watching them grow and grow is kinda cute and I was so proud of myself even though it's nothing special. The pain brioché is one of the classics in the history of French pastry. For breakfast or as a snack you can eat it whenever you want.

Ingredients
- 2 yogurts
- 1 egg
- 1 orange
- Flour
- Dark chocolate 100%
- Baking powder
Preparation
First of all, you need to cut and mix one orange with your mixer and then you will put it away.
Put 2 yogurts, one egg, at least 150g of flour and baking powder into a bowl and mix up until you get a sticky batter.
When you have obtained the right mixture, add the orange in it and mix again.
Beforehand, cut the chocolate into small pieces and then transfer everything into the mixture and add some dried grapes as well.
Take a greaseproof paper and pour the batter with a spoon to form little balls
At least 20 min at 180°C and let them cool
