Clafoutis Cake

I love the clafoutis but at that time I wanted to bake something with a different shape that's why I decided to bake it in a cake tin and not in a pie tin. It needed to contain some fruits obviously, so I picked out some plums and only one banana for the top.

Ingredients

  • 4 yogurts
  • 3 eggs
  • Cornflour
  • 1 banana
  • 10 plums

Preparation

I start by cutting the plums.

Then I put 4 yogurts into a big bowl. FYI you can add plain or fruit ones if you want. 3 eggs and at least 150g of cornflour.

Mix it up until you get a thick batter. Then you will add the plums into your mixture and mix it up again.


Pour your batter into a cake tin but make sure you have put greaseproof paper in it beforehand. At the very end, you will split the banana and dip the two pieces into your cake

At least 30-40 minutes at 180°C, you must have something compact and slightly supple
