Sorry but I had to, I mean the feeling of watching them grow and grow is kinda cute and I was so proud of myself even though it's nothing special. The pain brioché is one of the classics in the history of French pastry. For breakfast or as a snack you can eat it whenever you want.

I love the clafoutis but at that time I wanted to bake something with a different shape that's why I decided to bake it in a cake tin and not in a pie tin. It needed to contain some fruits obviously, so I picked out some plums and only one banana for the top.

Muffins are so delicious, this is probably one of my favorite recipes ever! I reckon that the most important part is the decoration, the final touch. At the end it must be outstanding and remarkable, It's important for your guests to have a strong desire for it!

I love eating avocados when it's hot outside, that's why I decided to bake a cake with it. I needed to find a fruit that would tamp down the taste of the avocados so it was obvious for me to choose the banana. Albeit I use bananas in all of my cakes, this is one of the softer fruits you can find....

I couldn't help thinking about eating a cake with dry fruits, so I had to make that healthy one. It contains everything I love, dry fruits, peanut butter, oat meals and of course chocolate. Very easy to make, you will love it!!

It goes without saying that I really baked something unusual that time. I was wondering if it was possible to obtain a good taste with beans and chocolate. As surprising as it may seem, beans aren't that strong but the taste with the blood orange is a really great mixture.

I was looking for something original but with a bit of creativity and audacity. I also needed to find out how I was going to bake a "lightly-sweetened" cake without sugar, so figured it out by adding only one beetroot and it tastes really good!!
